This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong technical knowledge who can independently install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and/or commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and determine appropriate repairs efficiently and safely.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

• Provide professional customer service and communicate repair needs and recommendations clearly.

• Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and repair procedures.

• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.

• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.

• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.

Experience Required:
Journeyman-level HVAC experience required with proven background in installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems and working independently in the field is essential.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks in varying indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work at heights for extended periods is required.
