We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to take on a full-time Interior Sales Consultant role within a flooring showroom environment. This position blends sales, design consultation, and customer service, offering the opportunity to guide clients through the selection of high-quality flooring products for residential and commercial spaces.

Location:

Duties:
• Assist customers in selecting flooring products including carpet, tile, hardwood, and luxury vinyl.
• Provide design guidance based on customer needs, preferences, and project scope.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and designers.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
• Prepare quotes, estimates, and sales orders accurately.
• Coordinate with installation teams and vendors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain showroom appearance and ensure product displays are well organized.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, design trends, and industry offerings.
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and post-sale support professionally.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
• Utilize CRM or sales software to track customer interactions and sales activity.
• Support team members and contribute to overall showroom success.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to build rapport.
· Eye for design, color coordination, and interior aesthetics.
· Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
· Basic math skills for measuring, estimating, and pricing.
· Technology skills: Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ability to learn product software.
· Previous sales or retail experience preferred (flooring, construction, or design a plus).
· Self-motivated with a driven, positive attitude.

50k - 60k + commission opportunities

Schedule:
Full-Time
Monday – Friday with occasional Saturdays based on needs
