Packer Job Summary: A fast-paced manufacturing company is seeking an Packer on 2^nd shift. This position will require assembling components for transportation seating.  Candidates need to be very self-directed and have high attention to detail and quality.

Packer Responsibilities:

• Pack chairs and products into boxes securely according to specifications.
• Prepare and stage materials for forklift operators to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist team members to meet production and shipping deadlines efficiently

Schedule & Pay:

• 2^nd Shift 3:20pm-11:40pm but as late as 3:40am and requires training on 1^st shift
• $22.21/hr

Packer Qualifications:

• Experience with packing, staging, and preparing products for shipment.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain an organized workspace.

• Strong attention to detail to ensure products are packed securely and accurately.

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Physical stamina to handle lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds
• High school diploma or GED
