Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.

• Dispose of trash and assist with general kitchen cleaning duties.

• Ensure clean dishes and cookware are available to kitchen staff in a timely manner.

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.

• Assist with additional cleaning and support duties as assigned.
