Key Responsibilities:

• Completed apartment unit turnovers, preparing vacant units for new resident move-ins.
• Performed maintenance repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical work.
• Troubleshot and repaired appliances, fixtures, doors, windows, and building systems.
• Completed preventative maintenance inspections and responded to maintenance work orders.
• Conducted final quality inspections to ensure units met company standards and were move-in ready.

What You Bring:

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–3 years of apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance, including drywall, painting, plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical repairs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience completing apartment unit turns and move-in/move-out repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
