We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. This role involves supporting warehouse operations through inventory management, materials handling, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and possess a strong understanding of safety protocols and warehouse management systems. Duties

• Manage inventory control using warehouse management systems and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes safely in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving processes to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage or safety hazards.
• Stock shelves and organize warehouse space for optimal workflow and accessibility.
• Support manufacturing and construction-related activities as needed, including mechanical tasks and materials handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize distribution processes and improve operational efficiency.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution, inventory management, or related roles.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (such as AS400) and RF scanners.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.
• Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and order accuracy.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, stock replenishment, and extended periods of standing or walking within the warehouse.
• Prior experience in shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, or manufacturing environments is desirable.
