Lead Diesel Technician

Location: Lafayette, IN
Pay: $25-$50/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time

A local motorcoach company is seeking a Lead Diesel Technician to maintain and repair its fleet of motorcoach buses. This position is responsible for diagnostics, preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure vehicles remain safe and road-ready. On-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with diesel engine repair and diagnostics
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience using diagnostic software and repair tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Trade school training or diesel certification preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement
• Motorcoach experience
