We are seeking Floater/Deburr Techs to join a growing metal manufacturing company in Huntington, IN. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and ready to jump into different tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operate robotic welder

• Float to different positions within the facility as needed

• Support various production tasks with flexibility

• Maintain quality and safety standards

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or related field

• Strong ability to work independently and stay motivated

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• High level of professionalism with attention to detail
