Additional Requirement: One Saturday per Month

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Coordinator for a long-term opportunity with a growing industrial company in Lynn Haven, FL. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and can effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Coordinate and schedule jobs to ensure smooth daily operations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Work closely with warehouse and field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction

• Assist with inside sales activities and customer follow-up

• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

• Help oversee workflow and support a team of 3–4 employees

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience required

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Comfortable working in a warehouse office environment

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience

• Inside sales experience is a PLUS
