Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Wilkes-Barre, PA
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Schedule: 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Workers to join a manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production, assembly, and inspection of components to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce components according to work instructions and production schedules
• Operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform grinding, deburring, and general finishing work as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to use hand tools and basic machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
