What You'll Do

• Conduct client intake and gather information for new cases
• Request, review, and organize medical records and billing documentation
• Maintain accurate, organized case files and legal documentation
• Draft correspondence, legal documents, demand packages, and reports
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Support attorneys with litigation prep and trial support
• Track case deadlines to keep everything moving on schedule
• Use legal case management software to keep records accurate and current

What You'll Bring

• Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience is a plus
• Personal injury or litigation experience is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with medical records, insurance claims, and case files
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and legal software
• A professional, detail-oriented approach with sound judgment around confidentiality
