Our rapidly growing client in Tualatin is hiring 20 Assemblers to help build industry-leading HVAC air handling systems and portable clean rooms used in hospitals, schools, data centers, laboratories, and other critical facilities worldwide.

This is a three-month evaluation-to-hire opportunity with excellent long-term career potential, outstanding benefits upon conversion, and a company culture that values quality, innovation, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

As an Assembler, you'll play a key role in building high-quality industrial air solutions from the ground up. Responsibilities include:

• Assemble air handling units and related components using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Use impact drivers, power drills, and other assembly tools throughout the shift
• Drill into steel and assist with structural assembly tasks
• Clean and prep materials using alcohol and approved cleaning methods
• Apply sealants with a caulking gun to help prevent water leakage
• Safely work from a 4-foot step ladder when needed
• Operate a scissor lift for installations in elevated work areas
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to achieve production goals

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work on concrete floors for 10-hour shifts while wearing steel-toed footwear
• Comfortable using impact drivers, power drills, and caulking guns throughout the day
• Willingness to support different departments based on production needs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay

$20.00/hr (day) - $21.50/hr (swing)

Monday - Thursday
5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Optional overtime on Fridays

Swing Shift

Monday - Thursday
4:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Optional overtime on Fridays
