Salary starts at $54,080 - $64,480 per year, based on skills and experience. Must have a current ServSafe Certification. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality, and presentation
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Support menu development and ensure recipe consistency
• Lead, train, and coordinate back-of-house staff
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with other departments for events and service needs

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred
• 3+ years of culinary or kitchen leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of food costs, inventory, and kitchen operations
• Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
• ServSafe Certification
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
  
• Must be willing to relocate before starting position
