Salary: $21.00 p/hr + Commission

Cleaning Technician / General Labor

Position Summary:

We’re looking for motivated Cleaning Technicians to provide top-quality services for residential and commercial clients. Our services include: Carpet, upholstery, and area rug cleaning Hard surface cleaning (hardwood, tile & grout, stone, sheet vinyl, LVT/LVP, tile countertops) Air duct cleaning

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess job sites and confirm cost estimates with customers
• Set expectations, address customer questions, and provide excellent service
• Offer add-on services and recommend retail cleaning products
• Prepare invoices using a handheld device and process payments
• Maintain cleanliness and operation of company vehicles

Compensation & Benefits:

• $21 Hourly base + commission on additional sales/services

Training & Growth:

• 3–5 weeks of paid training
• Certification training provided at company expense

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.,
• Kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, customer-focused, and communicative
• Honest, ethical, and professional appearance
• Outgoing and personable personality
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish & English
• Mechanically inclined

Requirements:

• No significant allergies to pets or cleaning materials
• Clean driving record
• Pass drug screening (per Washington State law)
• Pass criminal background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Preferred annual Covid & Flu Boosters

Hours/Shift: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm M-F and rotating Saturdays

Pay: $21.00 to start with quarterly raises + commission.
