Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Pay:  $18-$25/hr Depending on Experience

Job Duties:

 

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions regarding their orders and account needs.
• Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide order updates, and resolve issues as needed.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Strong computer skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Parts knowledge
