Salary: $120,000-$130,000

We are seeking a Senior EHS Specialist / Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Littleton, MA. This role will own and continuously improve the company's EHS programs, ensure regulatory compliance, drive a proactive safety culture, and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and support operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program across the facility
• Develop, implement, and improve EHS policies, procedures, and training programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NRC, DOT, and applicable state and local regulations
• Conduct hazard assessments, job safety analyses, and risk mitigation activities
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action programs
• Manage EHS reporting, recordkeeping, permits, and regulatory submissions
• Coordinate internal audits, inspections, and regulatory agency interactions
• Deliver new hire, annual, and task-specific safety training
• Monitor workplace conditions and identify opportunities to improve safety and environmental performance
• Support manufacturing, engineering, and facilities teams with EHS considerations for new processes, equipment, and facility changes
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning
• Track and report key EHS metrics to leadership
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of EHS experience in medical device manufacturing
• Proven experience creating, implementing, and managing EHS policies, procedures, and safety programs
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements
