Part-Time Inside Sales Representative

Location: Costa Mesa, CA
Schedule: Part-Time (20–30 hours per week)
Pay: DOE + Performance Incentives

Are you someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and opening doors to new opportunities?

We're looking for a motivated and professional Part-Time Inside Sales Representative to support our client. This role focuses on reconnecting with past clients, introducing our services to prospective businesses, and helping create opportunities for our outside sales and recruiting teams.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to former clients and re-establish relationships

• Make outbound calls to prospective businesses

• Introduce company services and identify hiring needs

• Schedule appointments for the sales team

• Maintain accurate notes and activity records in CRM

• Follow up on marketing campaigns and referrals

• Help generate new business opportunities through consistent outreach

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable making outbound phone calls

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor

• Organized and self-motivated

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Previous sales, customer service, recruiting, account management, or business development experience preferred
