A well-established manufacturer of agricultural equipment is seeking an experienced Implement Paint Prep / Painter to join their team. This position is responsible for preparing and painting farm equipment components to ensure a high-quality finish that meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and inspecting parts.
• Apply coatings using HVLP spray guns and two-part polyurethane direct-to-metal coatings.
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications.
• Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and color consistency.
• Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial, agricultural equipment, automotive, or manufacturing painting required.
• Experience using HVLP spray guns is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of two-part polyurethane or direct-to-metal coating systems.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
