Located in San Marcos, TX

Salary: 17.00-18.00

• Loading & Unloading: Safely moving shipments off freight trucks and placing them into designated storage zones. 
• Picking & Packing: Selecting specific items from warehouse shelves, packing them, and labeling them for accurate shipping. 
• Inventory Control: Counting stock, inspecting products for damage, and recording data using scanners or warehouse software. 
• Equipment Operation: Driving powered or manual equipment like forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet jacks, asst Laser operator on packaging  
• Safety & Maintenance: Following OSHA guidelines, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and keeping the work floor clear of debris and hazards.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and regularly lift or carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Education: Typically requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners or warehouse management software (WMS).
• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, time management, and attention to detail to ensure the right products reach the right customers
