Radon Mitigation Installation Technician

We are currently hiring Radon Mitigation System Installation and Measurement Professionals to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to either advance your career or begin a rewarding new career path in a specialized, high-demand industry.

Our Mitigation Specialists come from a variety of backgrounds. Candidates with experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, landscaping, maintenance, or other hands-on field work are encouraged to apply.

No prior radon mitigation experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate. We value honesty, reliability, strong work ethic, and teamwork above all else.

CompensationDuring Training

• $14.50 – $19.25 per hour
• Typical schedule: 30–40 hours per week

After Training Completion

• Compensation increases by approximately 83%
• Equivalent pay range of $26.44 – $35.26
• Salary-based pay depending on number of days worked per week

Responsibilities

• Install residential radon mitigation systems
• Conduct radon measurements and testing
• Operate tools and equipment safely
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Maintain professionalism with customers
• Follow company safety and installation standards

Qualifications

• Construction or trade experience preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Comfortable working with tools and hands-on labor
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing radon mitigation or testing license/certification is a plus, but not required
