Shop Custodian

• Pay:  $18-$20/hour DOE
• Shift:  1st Shift | Monday - Friday (part time)

A family-owned fabrication company that has been serving Southern California since 2004 is seeking a Shop Custodian to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. For the right individual, there is potential for increased responsibility and growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Wipe down tools, machinery, and equipment
• Sweep, mop, dust, scrub, and maintain work areas
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Organize materials and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Perform general facility upkeep and housekeeping duties
• Remove old labels and debris from work areas
• Assist with routine maintenance activities as needed
• Help with minor repairs and operational support
• Keep outdoor areas clean and presentable

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Must speak English
