Responsibilities

• Support skilled tradespeople by carrying out assigned tasks such as mixing concrete, framing, installing fixtures, or plumbing
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency
• Assist in setting up scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures as needed
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Follow detailed instructions from supervisors or project managers to complete assigned duties accurately

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is mandatory
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently over extended periods
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety procedures is advantageous
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
• Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and collaborate effectively with team members
