Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Acquisition Specialist for a Tyler, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings, they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

As an Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential investors and CPAs to inquire about portfolios and properties they are interested in buying. Your main goal will be to generate leads and build relationships to drive successful acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential investors and inquire about portfolios and properties they are interested in buying.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential investors through regular follow-ups and communication.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads for further follow-up.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, conversations, and lead information in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in real estate or investment-related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
