Robotic Welder

2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:00am

Pay: $19-20.50/hour, based on experience

We are seeking qualified Welder Robot Operators to join this leading manufacturing company in Pine Island, MN!

Job Duties:

Load and position components into weld tool fixtures independently or in tandem with other weld robot operators or welders.
Unload finished assemblies from fixtures as the welding process is completed.
Monitor robot weld performance and uptime against product productivity standards.
Confirm the form and fit of finished products by utilizing check fixtures.
Ensure proper documentation and accurate counts of individual manufacturing order records through MRP system data entry.
Move components and finished goods within the work cell to enable a continuous flow of material in and out of the work cell in conjunction with the materials warehouse.
Clamping, holding, bolting, or grinding spare parts as necessary to satisfy the technical/quality requirements of a welded final product
Monitor Welding robot executing the processes of fitting, burning, and welding to avoid problems in relation to overheating, distortion, expansion, or shrink of parts
Examining finished products and spare parts to verify that they meet specification requirements
In charge of preparing and setting up necessary tools and equipment to weld.
Work within a team environment.
Good mechanical knowledge. The ability to read blueprints is desirable.
Could potentially come in contact with hazardous chemicals.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Minimum of two years related welding experience and/or training.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
