Job description:
A packaging company located in Edinburg, VA is currently looking for General Laborers to join their team. This is a temp. position that could go longer. They are looking for someone to help in the Shrink Tunnel Department. Schedule is Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm then once trained will move to the 2nd shift with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 4pm-2am. Pay will be $16.00/hour for 1st then will go up to $16.50 once on 2nd shift.
Job Duties Include:
- taking banded bundles from a table and processing through a shrink wrap machine
- Once wrap you will inspect bundles
- Placing bundles to be placed in a box and palletized
- Will be labeling some of the boxes as well
- Fast Paced environment
- Will learn and understand SOP's
