Paralegal – Personal Injury (Up to $55,000/year)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or expand their career in a professional legal environment.

Compensation:

• Up to $55,000 per year, based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client intake, including gathering case information and onboarding new clients
• Handle medical records retrieval, including requesting, tracking, and organizing records and bills
• Assist attorneys with case preparation and file management
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and reports
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Organize and maintain case files and records
• Manage deadlines and coordinate case progress

Qualifications:

• Previous paralegal experience preferred
• Experience with personal injury cases is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
