Parts Procurement Specialist

Located in Madison, WI

Salary: $20/hr

A petroleum, lubrication, and carwash equipment company is looking for a Parts Procurement Specialist on 1st shift in Madison! A perfect job for an experienced customer service professional with top notch communicating skills. You will have the opportunity to work with their largest customers, source the parts they need, work with vendors to secure the part, and follow up to close the loop on the purchase. 

Pay: $20/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm 

Work includes:

• Communicate with customers
• Process electronic customer orders, source part vendors, secure parts, track billing info
• Ordering parts and managing inventory
• Navigate software and use Microsoft Excel for tracking purposes

Qualifications:

• Top notch communication skills
• Customer service expertise
• Personality and attitude is huge!
• General computer skills
• Microsoft Excel usage
