Our client, a trusted provider of advanced load‑management and power‑monitoring solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Customer Management Specialist to support our growing customer base. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Support — Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product questions, and service needs.

  • Order Coordination — Process orders, track status, and ensure accurate and timely delivery.

  • Technical Communication — Work with customers to understand product requirements and relay information to internal teams.

  • Issue Resolution — Troubleshoot customer concerns and coordinate solutions with engineering, production, and support teams.

  • Account Management — Maintain strong relationships through consistent follow‑up, clear communication, and reliable service.

  • Documentation & Data Entry — Update CRM systems, maintain accurate customer records, and prepare necessary documentation.

  • Cross‑Team Collaboration — Partner with sales, operations, and technical teams to support customer needs and internal workflows.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable learning technical product information

  • Experience in customer service, account management, or a technical support role is a plus

  • Proficiency with computers and CRM systems
