Factory Mixer (1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift)

Our Client, a maker of the world-famous Thinking Putty®, is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Factory Mixers to join our manufacturing team in Norristown, PA. Since 1998, our client has been creating innovative sensory products enjoyed by customers around the world.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position responsible for mixing raw materials, operating production equipment, and ensuring products meet quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients according to established formulas and production schedules
• Operate mixing, batching, and related manufacturing equipment
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Follow safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures
• Maintain accurate production records
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Support packaging and production teams as needed
• Assist with inventory and material handling tasks

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, mixing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift - 6am - 2pm  -- $17.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift - 2pm - 10pm -- $18.25 per hour
• 3rd Shift - 10pm - 6am -- $20.00 per hour
