Technical Support and Quality Specialist 

 

Our Client is looking for a Quality Control Tech that provides phone-based technical support to customers. This position is asked to assist the Quality Control Manager with inspecting parts and material to the standards provided by the company. This is a temp to hire position, and they are looking for people with great attitudes.

Job Requirements

• Solving technical support issues and assisting customers with setup and operation of product via phone, email, and on-site.
• Repairing material and products
• Inspecting material and parts for assurance

 

Job Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft Office (word,excel) and typing abilities
• Associates Degree
• Fast learner and ability to understand technical information
• Attention to detail with problem-solving skills
