Inside Sales Representative

Our client, a leading provider of electrical, communications, utility, and industrial products, is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This role is responsible for developing customer relationships, generating sales growth, preparing quotations, and providing outstanding customer support. The position works closely with customers, suppliers, and the outside sales team to deliver solutions and drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and process orders via phone and email.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes to secure new and repeat business.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase sales and customer value. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with outside sales representatives and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, and delivery schedules while communicating updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in company systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, account management, or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to develop customer relationships and grow accounts
