Customer Service & Sales Associate – Laundry & Dry Cleaning

We are seeking a professional, customer-focused associate to join our high-end laundry and dry-cleaning operation in an upscale community. This role is ideal for an individual with strong customer service skills and a proven ability to promote and sell value-added services.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and process laundry and dry-cleaning orders
• Provide information on services, pricing, and turnaround times
• Recommend additional services such as wash-and-fold, dry cleaning, stain treatment, alterations, and delivery
• Handle payments and maintain accurate order records
• Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized front-counter area
