Salary: $18.00-19.00/hr

Express is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative at a HVAC contractor company based out of Lacey, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. The schedule will be Monday-Friday from 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. The compensation for this position will be $18.00-19.00/hr. This company offers a benefits package to include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k benefits once hired on permanently by the company.

 

Job Duties:

• Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments for customers
• Accurately detail client interactions into an industry specific database
• Speak with clients about services the company offers
• Make outbound calls about scheduled service programs
• Complete account reviews with customers

 

Job Requirements:

• Six months of recent office experience
• ServiceTitan database experience preferred but not required
• Pass criminal background check and drug screen
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Can multi-task while working on multiple screens
• Strong typing skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting performance metrics
