Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

Service Line: Evaluation to Hire, Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.25/Hr. DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 4:00PM

Responsibilities:

* Process customer payments and maintain accurate account records
* Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections efforts
* Set up new customer accounts and process credit applications
* Verify customer information and maintain account documentation
* Prepare bank deposits and reconcile payments
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances
* Maintain accurate records and update customer account information
* Process lien documentation and related paperwork as needed
* Generate reports and assist with month-end activities
* Provide general administrative and accounting support

Requirements:

* Previous accounts receivable, collections, or accounting experience preferred
* Strong data entry and computer skills
* Basic knowledge of accounting principles
* Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Reliable and dependable work ethic
