About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated Sales & Office Support Specialist to join their growing team! In this role, you will combine customer-facing sales responsibilities with administrative support to help drive daily operations. You will work closely with customers, assisting them in selecting products, preparing quotes, and delivering excellent service while also supporting internal office functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative sales support, helping customers select the right products for their needs
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare and manage quotes, orders, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales information
  • Assist with lead tracking and customer relationship management
  • Support daily office operations, including administrative tasks and coordination with other departments
  • Help manage shipping, order processing, and documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry, and small package shipping platforms.)
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently
  • Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Mechanical or technical aptitude is a plus but not required
