Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Parts Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive, truck, or equipment parts while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the parts counter and over the phone.
• Identify, locate, and sell the correct parts for customer needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain inventory and stock levels.
• Receive and organize incoming parts shipments.
• Follow up on special orders and customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive or parts sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory software.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
