Maintenance Assistant-Part Time 24hrs/week

Location: Tampa, FL 33607
Schedule: Monday – Wednesday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $17/hr

 Position Overview

We are seeking a handy Maintenance Assistant. This role involves working outdoors and performing a variety of tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept environment.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable using hand tools, performing basic handyman work, and operating landscaping and cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean up trash and debris to maintain clean and presentable grounds
• Perform light edging and basic landscaping duties
• Drive and operate a sweeping machine to maintain areas
• Complete general handyman work and minor repairs
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of outdoor spaces
• Follow all safety guidelines when using tools and equipment
• Assist with additional maintenance tasks as needed

Job Experience

• Previous maintenance, landscaping, or handyman experience preferred
• Experience operating landscaping tools and equipment is a plus
• Ability to operate or learn to operate a sweeping machine

Requirements
