We have been asked by a client in Noblesville, IN to help them find a Part-Time Property Maintenance Technician. In this role you will perform apartment and townhome turnovers, complete minor repairs, maintain grounds and common areas, and support overall property upkeep both indoors and outdoors while working closely with vendors and site leadership.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Variable schedule; must be available on-site Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (schedule expected to evolve as the community grows)
• Work Environment: Combination of indoor and outdoor work
• Dress Code: Casual; dress for the weather, work pants preferred (shorts allowed in hot weather), solid T-shirt, closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes or work boots)

What will you do as a Part Time Property Maintenance Technician?

• Complete apartment and townhome turnovers (“make-ready”)
• Perform minor repairs including light fixtures, bulbs, faucets, outlets, carpet touch-ups, door trim, and basic plumbing
• Maintain exterior grounds including weeding, trash pickup, and common area upkeep
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Coordinate with vendors and warranty providers to ensure timely repairs and services
• Follow detailed work instructions and ensure quality standards are met
• Support overall cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the property

What qualifications will you have as a Part Time Property Maintenance Technician?

• Previous property maintenance, facilities, or general maintenance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks thoroughly
• Positive, “can-do” attitude with flexibility to handle changing priorities
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in different conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Reliable and dependable with strong work ethic
