Job Description

We are seeking experienced Structural and Code Welders for opportunities in Marlow. Candidates must have strong welding skills, experience working to code specifications, and the ability to produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and code welding on steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and specifications
• Ensure all welds meet quality and code requirements
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed work
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous structural and/or code welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Knowledge of welding procedures and quality standards
• Ability to pass a weld test if required
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Dependable attendance and work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 75 pounds as needed
• Stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Work in industrial and fabrication environments
• Ability to safely handle welding equipment and materials
