Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Salary: $19.00 per hour, temporary-to-hire

Our client, a high-end Homeowners Association (HOA) in Carmel, IN, is seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Associate. This role is ideal for someone who is hardworking and has demonstrated longevity in prior roles. The position involves mostly outdoor property upkeep, ensuring the community remains beautiful and well-maintained.

 

What Responsibilities Will You Have as the Property Maintenance Associate?

• Plant and maintain flowers and other landscaping, including spraying for weeds
• Paint trash cans, mailboxes, and other community fixtures
• Dig lines for irrigation systems
• Perform general outdoor property upkeep and maintenance tasks such as common area clean up, changing light bulbs, and minor repairs.
• When the weather is bad and during winter months, you will assist with annual preventive maintenance of common internal areas. 
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and aesthetics
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

What Qualifications Will You Have to be a Property Maintenance Associate?

• 3-5 years proven experience in property maintenance, landscaping or a similar role with demonstrated career advancement
• Experience spraying fertilizer and weed control will be given top consideration
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions
