Job Title: Hand Stacker – Mac 2 (A/B Schedule)

Location: Grand Forks North Dakota
Schedule: A/B rotating schedule – 12-hour shifts (Day and Night)
Shift Details:

• 3 associates per shift

• 12-hour shifts, every day

Reports To: Mac and Cheese (Ops) Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Hand Stacker will assist with production operations on the Mac 2 line, supporting the Mac and Cheese department. This position involves stacking, organizing, and moving product to maintain an efficient workflow on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the A/B rotating schedule as directed.

• Hand stack products efficiently and safely on the Mac 2 line.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

• Work collaboratively with the production team to support daily operations.

• The duties on that line include things like:

• Running and monitoring packaging machines
• Loading cheese, pasta, foil, cartons, and other materials
• Setting machine parameters and date codes
• Checking pouch weights and metal detectors
• Keeping the production line supplied and running
• Doing basic machine maintenance and changeovers
• Removing finished pallets and warehouse staging
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment
• Keeping production at speed with minimal downtime

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for up to 10 hours per shift.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work 12-hour shifts as scheduled.

• No paperwork or quality responsibilities are required for this position.
