Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring Packagers for a local distributor of medical/dental products. This position supports the assembly, packaging, and preparation of dental products for shipment in a clean, climate-controlled environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed work, takes pride in quality, and is looking for a stable schedule with long-term potential.

Job Highlights:

• Assemble dental instruments and dental kits according to work instructions
• Count, sort, and package small aluminum burs and precision components
• Build product kits and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Perform visual inspections to ensure quality and order accuracy
• Assist with picking and fulfillment activities as needed
• Work with small parts requiring attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Opportunity to cross-train on laser machine operations
• Clean, organized, climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Early Fridays and long-term growth potential

What We Look For:

• Previous assembly, packaging, warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable working with small parts and repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to sit and stand throughout the workday
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Medical device, electronics assembly, or precision manufacturing experience is a plus
