Schedule & Pay

• Starting Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday | 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM as needed
• Enjoy long weekends with most Fridays off
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Full-time opportunity

Glass Technician Job Duties

• Load, handle, and prepare glass materials throughout the manufacturing process
• Clean, inspect, grind, seam, and assemble precision glass components
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company specifications
• Operate production equipment, machinery, and tools safely and efficiently
• Read and follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or machine operation is helpful but not required
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with your hands
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 75 pounds
• Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Commitment to workplace safety and following company procedures
