Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk
City and State: Union, IL
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Employment Type: Evaluation Hire 
Summary:
Support warehouse operations at a client facility by accurately preparing, staging, and moving products for shipping and receiving. This role requires attention to detail, safe equipment operation, and the ability to maintain an organized workspace.
Responsibilities:
  • Load trailers and flatbeds; stage products for shipment
  • Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare outgoing orders with high accuracy
  • Move items to storage areas and maintain organized shelving
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report damaged/defective items
  • Use scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment (dark/dusty at times)
  • Experience operating forklift and pallet jack (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step instructions
  • Basic computer and scanner proficiency
