Office Assistant

Bookkeeping & E-commerce Support

📍 Tri-Cities, WA | 🕒 Full-Time 💲 $18+ per hour (DOE)

 

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy variety in your workday? We’re looking for a versatile Office Assistant to support a dynamic, multi-brand manufacturing operation.

Our team designs, manufactures, and markets high-quality products across multiple industries. If you like bookkeeping but want more variety than a traditional accounting role, this position is for you.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll wear many hats and be a key part of daily operations:

  • Process sales and e-commerce orders
  • Support accounts payable with accurate, timely processing
  • Maintain organized financial and business records
  • Assist with product receiving and returns
  • Help with product instructions, marketing materials, or online listings
  • Provide customer support via phone and email

What You Bring

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical ability
  • Experience with:
    • QuickBooks Enterprise (or similar)
    • Microsoft Office Suite
    • Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
    • Shipping systems like FedEx, UPS, etc.

Bonus (Not Required)

  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with social media platforms

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree in accounting, business, marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Lift up to 15 lbs. regularly and 30 lbs. occasionally
