• Day shift schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (no weekends!)

Your Day-to-Day

• Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Secure parts using screws, bolts, and fasteners, ensuring precision and proper alignment
• Inspect components for quality and spot any defects
• Maintain clear records of your work and report issues when needed
• Follow safety procedures and keep your work area safe and organized
• Learn to read basic blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Operate equipment such as cranes and ladders to move materials safely
• Stay on track with production targets while upholding quality standards

 

What You Bring

• Up to 1 year of assembly or hands-on production experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in how things fit together
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to read (or willingness to learn) blueprints
• Reliable team player with strong communication skills
