Data Order Entry Clerk

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $40-$50k/yr

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain customer orders, purchase orders, and production data within the ERP system.
• Review order documentation for completeness, pricing, quantities, and part numbers while resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, production, and shipping teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of orders.
• Update order statuses, maintain customer records, and generate reports to support daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and aerospace documentation requirements while maintaining data integrity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, order processing, customer service, or administrative support within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process high volumes of data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
