Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring Post Processing Technicians for an aerospace manufacturing client in Englewood, CO. This is a hands-on role focused on finishing, deburring, support removal, blasting, media finishing, and Wire EDM support for critical additively manufactured aerospace components.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with metal finishing, EDM, machine shop, aerospace, additive manufacturing, or precision manufacturing experience.

Job Highlights

• Perform hand finishing, deburring, support removal, wet/dry blasting, and media finishing.
• Program and operate Wire EDM machines for part removal and component sectioning as needed.
• Read blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Inspect and measure parts using gauges, tools, and applicable software.
• Support fixturing, process development, and finishing improvements.
• Complete documentation and electronic data entries accurately.
• Work with engineering, quality, and manufacturing team members.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and Quality Management System requirements.

What We Look For

• 2 years of metal finishing experience preferred.
• EDM experience strongly preferred.
• Aerospace, additive manufacturing, machine shop, or precision manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions.
• Proficient shop math skills, including geometry and conversions.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, band saws, and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to wear required PPE, including safety shoes, hearing, eye, and respiratory protection.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to security clearance eligibility requirements.
