Physical Therapist – Health & Wellness Clinic and Rehabilitation

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Health & Wellness Clinic and Rehabilitation Center in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work with patients recovering from injury, surgery, and physical impairments while helping them improve mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions and therapeutic exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment programs, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapist assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, safety, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Florida.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
