We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Health & Wellness Clinic and Rehabilitation Center in Tampa, Florida. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a compassionate and skilled RN who is passionate about patient care, wellness, rehabilitation, and helping individuals achieve optimal health outcomes.

The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care, supporting treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, treatments, and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, wellness strategies, and rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards.
• Support patient recovery, rehabilitation, and overall wellness initiatives.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience working in a health and wellness, rehabilitation, outpatient, or clinical setting preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment.
